Exhibition Private View Evening is Friday 28 July 2023 7-9pm

Doors open at 6.30pm.  

All Members/Exhibitors with their guests are welcome.

Exhibition opening times and stewarding sessions will be: 10.30am – 1.30pm & 1.30 – 4.30pm

Dear Member/Exhibitor,  

The Exhibition will be held at the Marsh Academy and additional forms and information can be found in the Exhibition pack or on the website. www.romneymarshartsociety.co.uk   

Please do not enter work that has previously been exhibited in an RMAS Exhibition.

The RMAS cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements by exhibitors.

• Poster(s) to promote the exhibition (please display)
• Exhibition rules
• Entry form – for both members and non-members (4 entries for members, 1 for non-members) Please complete these labels in a clear legible print, thank you!
• Labels to attach to your painting/art – 4 labels for members, 1 for non-members
• Stewarding form that must be completed and returned with your entry form
• Winter programme & Demonstrations

Collection day for both Sold and Unsold exhibits will be Saturday 12 August, between 9.30am – 11.00am. Earlier collection will not be permitted.

All exhibiting members must complete the ‘Stewarding’ booking form and offer three dates when you will be available to steward. Hopefully, we will only use one or two of the dates you submit.

 If you need help completing the booking form, please ring Yolanda Houston before 1 July so that she can assist you. 07770347616.

Stewards, are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of each session to ensure a smooth changeover. Please bring along your own refreshments as there are no kitchen facilities available.

During the exhibition RMAS does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to your exhibits, however caused!  RMAS’s affiliated SAA membership insurance only covers the society for Public Liability. All exhibitors are strongly advised to make their own insurance arrangements to protect their work against theft or damage during the exhibition period.

Please take the time to read and complete all the forms and documents carefully to ensure the exhibition is an enjoyable event for both the organisers and exhibitors.
